UK Visa Application Center Relocation Notice

The UK Visa Application Center is relocating to a new venue to provide better services to its applicants. The new center, to be launched on 29th June 2021, will be situated in Room 1055, 10th Floor, China Merchant Tower, 118 Connaught Road West, Sai Wan, Hong Kong.

We understand that the relocation process may pose some inconvenience to applicants who have already scheduled appointments. However, we assure you that the new location is more accessible and provides a better environment for our visa application services.

The UK Visa Application Center, operated by VFS Global, is the official partner of the UK government for visa services in Hong Kong. The center facilitates the process of visa application to the UK for various categories, including study visas, work visas, visit visas, and family visas.

In addition to visa application services, the center also provides value-added services, such as priority visa processing, document translation, and courier services for the return of passports and other documents.

The relocation of the center to a new venue will provide a more comfortable and modern facility for our applicants. There will be separate waiting areas for different categories of visa applications, including a special section for premium service applicants.

The new location is well-connected to public transportation, making it easier for applicants to reach the center. The MTR Sai Ying Pun station is just a six-minute walk from the center, and there are also bus and tram stops nearby.

The new venue also provides better security measures to ensure the safety of our applicants and their belongings. The building has 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring systems, and the center has its own security personnel on-site.

We hope that our applicants will have a better experience with our visa application services at the new center. We welcome your feedback and suggestions to further improve our services.

Finally, we would like to remind our applicants that the relocation may cause some delays in the visa application process. We encourage our applicants to schedule their appointments in advance and to arrive at the center at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
