Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing to notify you that your UK visa application has been approved and your visa has been issued. We would like to inform you that you may now collect your documents from our office or have them sent back to you by post.

As part of the visa application process, you would have paid a visa fee. We would like to inform you that the visa fee receipt can be collected along with your documents or mailed back to you by post.

Please note that it is important to collect your visa fee receipt as it is an essential document that may be required in various situations such as applying for scholarships, employment, or other visa applications. We understand the importance of this document to you and would like to ensure that it is returned to you in a secure and timely manner.

If you wish to collect your visa fee receipt in person, please bring your original passport and a copy of your passport bio-data page to our office during our working hours. Alternatively, if you would like your documents mailed back to you, please provide us with a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage for the return of your documents. Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
