Updates on UK Visa Policy

There are 2 sub-categories of Intra-Company Transfer visa – Long-term Staff and Graduate Trainee. This visa enables multinational companies to transfer skilled employees to their UK branch offices.

Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent visa replaces the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa. It is for individuals who show exceptional promise or talent in the fields of science, engineering, humanities, medicine, digital technology, arts, or culture. The eligibility requirements include a letter of endorsement from a Home Office-approved endorsing body and knowledge of English. The visa has no salary threshold and also allows individuals to apply for settlement after 3 years.
