Streamlined UK Visa Application Simplified Process for EA Visa

Obtaining a visa for the UK has always been a long and drawn out process, but the new streamlined UK visa application process for EA visa has simplified and sped up the process for eligible applicants.

The first step in the process is to determine if you are eligible to apply for an EA visa. To be eligible, you must be an employee of a Tier 2 sponsor who wishes to come to the UK to undertake a specific role for a limited period of time. Your sponsor must be rated either as an A-rated or B-rated sponsor.

Once you have submitted your application and biometric information, you can track its progress online. Most applications for EA visas are processed within 10 working days. If your application is approved, you will receive your entry clearance vignette, which will allow you to enter the UK for a period of up to 30 days.

When you arrive in the UK, you will need to collect your biometric residence permit (BRP) within 10 days of your arrival. This will serve as your official UK visa.
